Frequently Asked Questions
Everyone’s got questions, we’ve heard a few – some of them often, so here are a couple that we think you might want to know the answers to, already helpfully grouped with headings and everything..:
Q – How do I make an order?
A – Browse through our online shop and select the item(s) you wish to purchase. To complete your order, simply go to your cart (top right link on the site) where you can proceed to the checkout.
Q – Is it safe to order online?
A – Yes it is, all orders are 100% secure. PayPal handle all payments, so we do not store any debit or credit card details. Our website is secured by an SSL Certificate, where we only store your order details. More info can be found on our privacy page
Q – How do I pay for my items?
A – All orders have to be placed online. PayPal accept a large number of debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Q – Do I need to create an account to shop?
A – No, it’s not a requirement, you can use our express checkout without having to create an account, but creating an account will make it easier for you if you buy from us again. Which you obviously will want to do, when you see how cool your first mug is!
Q – I have just placed an order, can I amend, or cancel it?
A – Our products are printed to order and we aim to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, this means there may be times when we are unable to change any of the details you have given us. This may include order cancellations, delivery address amendments or changing any items in your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to see what we are able to do.
Q – How long will my order to reach me?
A – All our mugs are currently printed to order. We aim to get you your mug within 4-5 working days, as it needs to be printed, checked, packaged and sent to you.
Q – Do you deliver outside the UK?
A – Sorry, we currently do not. But – we’re working on it! We currently only deliver to the UK, from a UK billing address. However please drop us a message, so we can put you on a country expansion list, we’re all over Expansion Plan Beta.
Q – My mug hasn’t arrived and/or is damaged, what do I do?
A – We’ve very sorry 🙁 If your mug is damaged please contact us, with your order number and an image of the damage. We’ll send out a replacement straight away. If it hasn’t turned up, just send us the order number (although please wait the 10 days the Royal Mail require for lost items).
Q – Can I return my mug?
A – As our mugs are printed to order we can only replace faulty (essentially – broken) items. Although please get in touch, as we’d like to know what the issue is and help you out.
